Girls Do Code

April 1, 2016

Girls Do Code - A free hands-on learning event on April 9th for students wanting to explore topics like coding, 3D printing, Minecraft, Lego Robotics, gravity cars and more.

Facilitating the event will be a number of ENTER students and alumni (the eCademy of New Technology Engineering and Robotics program at Navigate) as well as local female mentors from the business community who will share their ideas as to why it’s important to encourage female students to engage in STEM curriculum and consider career interests in new technologies, science and engineering. Each will be bringing samples of their daily work, and sharing how these technologies help them in their careers.
