Despite overcast skies and lots of snow, the Navigate crew who ventured up to the Ozone Snow Tubing Park had a great time. There were 29 students from both the FAE and the IClasses grades 8 to 12 who braved the adventure. There was endless tubing as there were no other groups at the Ozone so we had the Park to ourselves. Students travelled down the slopes as individual tubers, but mostly they joined their tubes together to slide down in pairs, threes, and on two occasions as a whole group of 29 (I have a video of one whole group going down). By the end of the day, the tubers were tired and wet, but very happyJ Special thanks goes to John Gair for organizing our 2nd annual Mt. Washington Tubing field trip, and to the PAC for sponsoring the trip.
