Wildlife Recovery Centre Field Trip

May 30, 2013

Qualicum and Nanaimo students had a wonderful time at the Errington Wildlife Recovery Centre. They viewed different types of animals that are found at the centre such as several species of owls, eagles, ravens, crows, falcons, hawks, turtles and bears. The students learned why these animals are at the centre and how we can help prevent wild raptors from getting injured.

It was a wonderful visit with amazing guides who taught us a lot of new and interesting things!
